i was wanting to know which turbo would be best for my car. has to bolt up. i have a 93 turbo legacy. :-)

search for td-05...there's one for sale in the part shed.

the only turbo that will "bolt on" is a tdo5-16g. from deadbolt enterprises. and thatll set you back about $1,000 .

well they actually make a number of turbos with the 90 degree inlet, the most popular is the 16G though. If you're gonna spend the money, I'd go for an 18G

how much boost will i be pushing with a td05 16g?

I'm pretty sure it has the old 8-9lb spring but the ECU determines the boost level by adjusting the boost pressure solenoid.

Its not about the boost as much as the flow, and there is a pretty big difference between the VF11 and a TD05 16G.

hook it up to the stock boost control and it will be 10psi. btw im the one with one for sale
