bracket for slave cylinder

I am at the final stages of putting a 5mt into a 92 ss and i am confused as to wheter or not i need a bracket to attach the slave cylender to the transmission or if it just directly bolts up to it. I am using a 95 4.11 tranny.

Are you using a n/a or turbo transmission?

i am using a 95 n/a tranny, it seems pretty compatible for the hydraulic setup because the pivot point i needed to change for the clutch fork already had the hole drilled out in it.

I do not know off the top of my head whether the push style n/a clutch setup has a slave cylinder that bolts directly to the trans.

I would venture to say you'd probably need a bracket of some sorts.

Looking at a few diagrams, I think that the bracket for the cable at the trans end bolts to the same place that the slave cylinder bolts to.

Don't quote me on that, though. This is based off of some general diagrams in my Haynes manual.

a picture of somones engine bay with a cable style 95 4.11 tranny working with the hydraulic parts off a 94 t-leg would be a HUGE help
