I was wondering what exactly the fitting on the clutch slave cylinder is for a '91 SS.
I followed the write up and ordered the line and banjo fittings, but just got around to pulling the slave cylinder to find out that it's not a banjo fitting.
Specifically, it's an fitting like on the end of the hard line you attach the brake hoses to.
I need to order the adapter so I can get it in time.
Here's the adapters from the site I ordered the line from.

If you can't wait for an order, you can get stuff from a Subie dealer.
To connect the banjo to the slave cylinder you can use banjo bolts from Subaru (part no 26536AA001). Get 2 of these bolts and 4 (10mm) washers.

That doesn't help any.
Unlike they are discussing there, the master cylinder has a banjo fitting, but the slave cylinder has a different fitting.
I have a braided SS line and 2 banjo fittings with new banjo bolts ordered, but there is only one banjo that I need.
Lemme get a pic really quick.

Here's a pic.
On the left is the boot, and on the right is the bleeder fitting.

And the size appears to be M10x1.0. I tried a front caliper bleeder screw in the hole, and it fit perfectly.

Holy crap this sucks.
I can't even find the right damn fitting, even knowing what I need.
I need a -3AN to m10x1.0 with concave seat.
All I can seem to find is with a convex seat.
god this sucks.

I can't help you get the part you want, but the stock hardline is a real pain to get threaded into the slave. Also, if I ever have to mess around with the slave cylinder and or damper again I am going to install Speed Bleeder bleed valves in place of the stock bleed valves. I think they would make it much easier to bleed that system. Using the stock bleed valves, I found that it was a very difficult job to do right. I would suggest you do that while you have the system apart.

I kinda destroyed the hard line while I was in the process of removing everything.
I may stop by and see if the local speed shop has the correct speed bleeder. I have them for my brakes and love them.
