rear abs sensor and lsd bolt

Post by bepa »

hey how you doing? did you get the sensor or the bolt as yet?

one wat to term fix your coolant reservior on turbos anyway. I have in the past on 2 occassions I have drilled out a hole into the tank being careful to drill striaght into tank. you can go to the hareware store and get a treadth nipple and hose fitting on the other. for the life of me I can't recall the corrrect new right now.

I use a tap and slowly turn it in. you use the pipe tread tap. go in and out a few times. but slow and straight as possible. One time I used this for almost the whole summer. winter was another matter.

anyway I am going up to the car and will get these this weekend. am in bronx this sunday. we could meet up if you still need these parts.

be well. bepa

I did about the same, except I put JB weld around the fittings when I installed the fittings. It held for about a year and a half before I got around to mounting my WRX tank.

I've got a plastic one from a '90 N/A sedan... a little dirty, but in good shape.

He's talking about the plastic/metal tank to the top right of the spark distribuitor for SS variants, the plastic tank on N/A vehicles is not the same deal (and sits in a different location)
