I have been running Husky 94 Octane almost exclusively since buying my SS last year. I recently had to fill up emergency style and so I put in 91 (best they had) from Petro Canada. The car seemed to really like that gas, even though I have heard Petro has sub-par results compared to Shell and Esso.....
I was reminded about reading somewhere on this board that the ethanol blend Husky/Mohawk uses reduces the overall quality enough that the 94 isn't better than a 91 from Shell or wherever........
Can anyone speak to this issue authoritatively?

i only use chevron 94 im not sure if you have chevrons in Alberta or not
my friend with a supered miata runs just fine on chevron 94 but when he filled up with petro 94 in van his car was detonating quite a bit
i also found when i went to the states and filled up with chevron 92, which was the highest they had, the tleg ran really good on it
