Depends on a lot of things.

Tell me more about how you drive your car and how old it is, and whether it burns/leaks oil or not. I can give you a semi-educated piece of advice on what oil to run based on that.

As for filters? Either Mobil 1 or Purolator PureONE, match up the part number at your parts store.

Hm, depending on your climate I'd toss in Castrol Syntec 5W30 or 10W30 depending on your climate. If you were NA I'd say GTX but a little synthetic doesn't hurt.

Just don't waste your money on "racing" brands... the gains are minimal at best, and only show during extended service intervals - ones that outlast the filter's life.

I just use conventional GTX 5-30 or 10-30 depending on the weather. I don't run the car hard, and it's not my DD.
I ran 10-40 and even diesel weight 15-30 in my 95 N/A to reduce the Lifter ticking.
