Trans Swap/ Compatibility

I have a 91 Legacy L AWD Non turbo,
I need a tranny.
I have found one from an impreza, P/N TZ102ZA5AA
My original is, TZ102ZA2AA will they swap? I know the Gear Ratio may be different so I may have to swap the rear diff as well, but otherwise, will it work?
I've also read that the output shaft on the tail may be different but that i can swap the tail shaft from my old trans. over to the new one.

Any advice?

If you're aware of the final drive ratio issue, I don't see any major issue why it wouldn't swap.

You may run into an issue with the pivot ball for the clutch fork, depending or not if the impreza transmission had a hydraulic clutch or not.

It's an Auto, so that's no issue

How can i find out the final drive ratio of each transmission?

Your 91 AT AWD trans has a 4.111 final drive ratio.

Do you know the year of the impreza the transmission is coming out of?

According to the info I have the 1997 Impreza 4AT final drive ratio is also 4.111
