I'm picking up these 2007 Forester XT wheels and tires tomorrow for a steal. I know they will throw off my speedometer, but will they rub?

Possibly. The front spring perches could be a issue.

I really hope they do, I didn't realize until I just checked that tires are going to run me $400 for the cheapest thing at discount tire.

is it a 55 offset, thats a very high tire and i can almost guarentee you will have problems with them, but you could always resell them if they dont fit!

I'm running 2005 Legacy GT 17's on my '91 with '93+ rear struts. The stock Potenza 215/45's don't rub at all. If I went bigger, the rear would be the problem area for sure.

hey i just bought those rims how much was it for the tires., since i am in that stage now. which has more side wall the 45 or 55. cause i want the low profile so iwant have to worry about rubbing.

I'm still running the tires that came on them. They are my summer wheels and will be getting new rubber this spring. The 45 sidewall is shorter than the 55.
