Just a little project I've been working on. I know the welds aren't pritty and the flow patterns may not be optimal for all the engineers out there and i dont care i had fun making the jig and the DP and the car pulls hard now with my new injen SS exhaust, its a de-catted stock dp and some pipe from the stock header off my old ZX-6R!

Yea, less than before but i'm not sure if its from the new DP or the fact that I put a different intake manifold on (from another ss). I added two vacuum ports on the manifold, one for my MBC and one for my boost gauge. So now the MBC gets it's signal from the manifold instead of the compressor outlet. I also have a FMIC and before the new manifold, with the stock DP I would creep almost 4 psi in a 4th or 5th gear roll on in the free way, now i'm down to about 1-2psi.

I was thinking about doing that! I be the flange in between the WG and downpipe would have to fit snuggly, otherwise you'd probably get a ton of exhaust noise out the dump tube.
