JDM water-air ???

Is this unit will work as "bolt on" on our cars??? or need some aditional parts?

You need the pump, radiator, hoses, etc.. Also, there are no brackets to mount it to.

What pump I‘ll need for this? The car have water pump, do I need extra one??
Dos any one did this conversion before?

Any info will be appreciated.

Yep. You need another water pump to circulate the Intercooler water through the 2nd radiator.

get a pump that flows about 15-20litres/minute, try to get a custom front heat exchanger that is almost as big as your radiator, I have heaps of pics of it installed, PM me and I'll email them to you.

Do a search for it. It takes a little more than just putting it in, the hard parts are clearing the coolant tank, and the turbo to IC pipe. I took out the AC (didn't work anyway) but I think it could be made to fit around the AC pipes. It is a lot of work to get it installed but I think it was worth it.
