ICM Question

I have a 1994 legacy touring wagon. i just finished a compete rebuild and when i put the motor back in it started right up...then i did a 5mt swap and the first couple days it started every time. then after sitting a while it stopped getting spark. the ignition relay is good. the fuel pump is priming. i cant figure out why its not getting spark. i started looking into the ICM and while i was looking up the wiring diagrams i noticed that the yellow wire does not have a pin on the Ignitor. it is the same on the two other ignitors i have. and when i test the ignitior connector, the two terminals that are supposed to get voltage when the engine is cranking do not get 12v. anyone have any ideas why?

Any chance you could post the wiring diagram you're talking about? Without seeing what you're seeing it's a little difficult.
