hey how is it going i am running the tdo4 at about 10 to 12 psi lately it has been boosting to 7 what is some of the things that could be making that boost low (sorry about the spelling) let me know

Weakened wastegate spring or perhaps ecu in limp mode cutting boost?
94SS.Wiseco forged pistons,TD04,TMIC,WALBRO 225,440's,3" all the way,revtronix stage 2,enough other crap to fill the internet.

what could i do to fix it (first turbo car)

Sounds like it's just hitting wastegate boost. I'd check all your vacuum hoses between the compressor, boost control solenoid, and wastegate actuator.
