Trans codes ?

ok so my car is a 1994 2,2 obd1 europe model, and it´s got two lights in the cluster, one says "econ" and the other "power" my owners manual says that if the power light blinks or stays on after turning the car on then there is a problem with the trans, witch it has been doing lately

how can i pull the codes of the TCU ?
