Will a 2002-2005 stock boost controller work on a 91 SS

Found a super cheap stock boost controller off a 2002 wrx was wondering if I could us it to replace the failing stock controller on my 91 Legacy SS.

From what I've read - no. Not sure 'why' - probably electronically different, and they have only 2 Vac ports (upper right in pic).

Just an FYI, the stock boost controller on the turbo legacies is superior to the bleed style boost controllers found on the WRX.
