I would like some SOHC EJ25 heads for my engine rebuild. Anybody got some? Name your price.

figured I would put my double post to good use...EJ205 longblock for $750. Could take the heads and sell the bottom like I suggest below...

These are pretty hard to come by complete with valves and cams. I have been shopping for the same myself and all the Subaru specialty wreckers I know of won't sell them by themselves. I am about ready to buy a complete EJ25 long block and take the heads and sell the shortblock. If someone comes around with a set, I won't try and jump in and snatch your deal. But I get 2nd dibs.

BTW,
If you are looking for a built set (like a Cobb Stage III set with turbo cams) drop me a PM. I know of a set that aren't officially for sale, but that would be sold if the right buyer approached the owner...

I wouldn't call it a hijack as much as an ice age caliber bump. A lot has changed in 3 years. I currently have 3 complete sets of SOHC Ej25 heads sitting around. What was once rare is now plentiful and has gone from like $400-500 down to $250-350.

And BTW, those Cobb stage III heads now reside in the infamous Xephyr's car and are what he used to break the 400whp mark...
