Post by Naked Buell »

I put the key in and go to turn to crank and nothing. Things just flicker. Swapped ign sw and does the same thing. Any ideas? I was thinking the battery.

Sounds like corrosion. Need to check both ends of the positive and negative cables. If those are good, then a bad battery or a battery that isn't charging (alternator).

And check the battery terminals -- make sure they're making good contact with the terminals and are clamping nice and tight.
