AT to MT swap trouble

Post by fngearhead »

So, I have my '95 WRX swap in and hooked up and I'm getting codes 11, 31 and 51. I've been using Josh's write-up http://www.surrealmirage.com/subaru/swa ... #shiftlock. I may have connected the neutral switch wiring wrong, gonna pull my jumper harness apart and check it. I have another turbo ecu, so may plug it in and see if it likes the TPS any better. Also, I was messing around and reconnected the shift lock unit, now my key won't come out. Any easy solution to this?

You can check the resistance on the TPS to see how it compares to the stock values

Have you tried disconnecting the shift lock again? That should allow the key to be removed, but I've never tried connecting/disconnecting it while the key was in the ignition.

Or you can try this: Look at the bottom of the first scan and top image from the second scan.
