A few days ago, re-wired the fender marker lamps to blink, painted the hood scoop flat black, and removed a dead bird that was stuck on the front bumper beam. Yeah, that was kinda nasty cause I have no idea how long the bird was there. Also, I took my sedan for a quick drive, it feels rather slow now lol.

I had to remove one last year as well. But I saw it hit my car as I was driving.

I seem to find a dead bird every time I work on the front of my car. Surprised I haven't had one in the hood scoop yet.

Swapped drivers door handle with the spare that came with the car, now I have a silver door handle on a winestone car... and I swapped the amber corner lights from the sedan to the wagon, pretty sure those corner lights are staying on the wagon now. One picture added.

You can see the flat black hood scoop, silver door handle, and how the amber corner lights look.

Installed a new stereo that I had laying around. The factory deck didn't have the aux and the speakers would randomly cut out. Now that's all fixed without a dime spent (I had a harness too).

Had a nice 5 hour cruise to DC to pick up the rare black sedan seats from BatLegacy and see some family while I was at it.

Got a tire or two to complain around some corners! Never thought I could manage that with a stock turbo and stock boost.

Took my sedan out for a little drive today, man I miss that thing so much! After driving the sedan, while in my wagon, I got a thumbs up from a guy driving a Saabaru!! That made me feel pretty damn good.

No one here even knows what a Subaru is :/
On a lighter note though my friend just bought
the same exact car as my red wagon, but his
has roof racks. Matching off-road vehicles :D

Man, I miss my RS sometimes.

And I wish my door handles matched my car.
I always end up with the wagons with the bling
handles.

Just paint them. I did on my sedan almost a year ago and for the cheap Wal Mart paint there aren't many chips. The few chips that are there are small and from daily driving and most of them are around the lock cylinder.

I'm assuming you lightly sanded the chrome and then
primed it and painted and cleared.

Yup, and just for good measure I let them sit over night before installing them.

Today I decided to refresh the grill for the wagon, the clear is drying right now. And my wagon turned 267k too. I should get the grill on tomorrow with the gold star badge.

Mucked out and detailed my dd 2010 Impreza in anticpation of the first big roadtrip of the summer. Going down to West Virginia for a long weekend and NYC the following week. I will not be needing the school books or snowboarding gear for a couple of months.

Installed a mostly complete ej20g intake manifold in place of an ej25d one! Much cleaner engine bay now, looks more or less stock. It helped fix some drivability issues I was having due to the ghetto rigging involved with the old setup.

What I'm curious about, is what spark plug wires do people use, and how and where do you mount the coil pack? It's resting on the bottom of the manifold right now which isn't ideal.
