Lol I sat in Kimo's car yesterday with the 02-03 seats, and my hair really was rubbing the sunroof. And I'm a couple inches shorter than you Robert.

I guess I drive with my sunroof cover to the back and the sun roof in the up position, so that may account for something. i do drive with the gold chain though. cant leave the house without it

problem solved

I removed the web/springs from the base to allow the foam to rest flat like it should
I'll do some more testing and tweaking to get it just right before I bolt it in the car
