heheh, that is my 1959 FIAT Sypder 1500. The started production in 1957 and ended in 1959. This is the car that started 1500's from the 60's to 80's that are popular with most FIAT owners. Only 3XXX of the 57's to 59's where built, and only a handful were sent to the U.S. This was my grandpas car in the early 60's, and then a friend of my parents found it in a junk yard in the late 90's and restored it, i then purchased it. The restore job is so so. I plan on doing a full retore with a dark blue paint and tan top. The front and rear bumpers were missing and i have yet to find a pair.evolutionmovement wrote:Alright, dammit!
SUBIEKID - What is that blue thing? Looks like a coachbuilt Fiat. I was thinking an Abarth something. It's not a Moretti or a Stanguellini. It's definitely not a Pegaso (although the grille design bears a kind of resemblance). It's something cheaper. Maybe a coachbuilt Austin or something else British, too...but what? It's driving me nuts!
