pulling entire rear suspension

I'm doing a full rear swap and I need to get everything off. I got the trailing arm and the rear conrtol arm and sway bar off but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the forward control arm off. On one side is a bolt and on the side where a nut should be there is some huge adjuster thing with teeth on it. Anyway how do I take that arm off?

Thats just a rubber cover to keep the nut that is under it from puncturing the gas tank in an accident, it rotates (counter-clockwise I think) and pops off, or you can pop it off with a flathead screwdriver.
