Hello, so I have a '93 Subaru Legacy SS that I had the 2.2 rebuilt with forged internals along with a new water pump and timing belt. I then had the EJ20G ECU swap done. All done by 2 different shops. I have replaced the plugs, wires, coil pack, ignitor module, had the injectors flow tested and all Ohm read at 11.8. The injectors are grey side feeds, which I believe are 440 or 480's. The problem I am having started off intermittently and is now constant. I am having a misfire in cylinder 2, which I have narrowed down by the looks of the spark plug and no change in idle when I pull injector clip. Cylinder 2 does have spark and when I pulled the plug out it was wet which has me confused. Does anybody have any ideas?
Hi
How did the shop wire in the EJ20 ECU?
If you still have your stock coil pack AND ignitor and didn't use the RobTune converter that's likely problem #1.

I do not know how the shop installed the ECU but has done several already, according to what they're saying. I did not use a Rob Tune setup. I used a Enduring Solutions ECU setup. As far as I know I did not need a converter for the coil pack or module cuz the ESL ECU eliminated the need for that if I understand it correctly. The shop has done 5 ESL swaps, including his own car, and has never had this problem before.
