As much as I like Linkin Park, I'm one of the few that doesn't think it's good driving music. In fact, the only song I think is good for driving music is Breaking The Habit. Everything else is something I'd rather listen to at home.

Another song that you will have a tough time finding is an industrial-type techno song by a group called Vertigo, the song is called Notch. I've never seen it on WinMX, and the CD isn't exactly sitting for sale in every Kmart in the country. But that song is quite possibly the best song to drive at night to. I heard it on a Japanese street-racing CD, and I insisted on getting a copy of that song, so my friend bought the CD and I burned it. It's kinda dark and spooky, so it's perfect for a fast drive through a deserted area :)
