I used to own a Honda Civic but I don't consider myself to be an ignorant person. But I know what you are talking about.

The Subaru drivers I have met are generally all around the 30-40 years old range and I have met them at the Autocross events in Barrie, Ontario. They are always up for giving advice or just talking about random crap.

a vast majority of subaru owners are very very cool. But there is a group of people on nabisco that are elitists, and love to flame.

One day I would like to own a STi but I love owning a car that isn't well known as a "Tuner" car. Where I live no one understands why I bought the Legacy.

How can you go wrong with a 5spd AWD Turbo SUBARU!?!
Don't get me wrong I loved my Civic but I have more fun driving the Legacy and it is pretty much stock.
