Alright, I asked this same question to Legacy777 a while ago on NASIOC, but the damn thing just refuses to come off through brute force pulling.
So what I want to know from all of you is this: is there any way to remove this cover without damaging it? I'd like to get under it to clean and stuff, but I don't want to break it; I like how it looks and intend to keep it there.
Anybody?

I would say more than half (probably much more) of the plastic coil covers I've seen on first-generation Legacies have a crack over at least one of the four mounting tabs.
You could probably lessen the chance of damage by warming the engine up first, so the polymers will be more flexible rather than brittle.

Warming up the engine. Should've thought of that.
And mine's just being bitchy. >.>; I'll warm 'er up and see what happens. Thanks, guys.

You just have to put a little man behind it. Start at one of the corners and rip that suckah off. If you break it go buy another one.

Another thing you can try is taking some spray lubricant and the little red extender and try and spray the rubber where the plastic from the cover comes together. That may help.

Mine cracked over the upper-lefthand thing.
I just took the rubber piece out of that one and start on the other side now.
How much is a replacement for that?
I can't find ANY good junkyards around, so that's not an option.
