I can't find the Star Adjuster to back off my rear shoes from the Drum I see 2 rubber plugs one right below the air bleeder and one in the lower right corner.

Looking at Legacy77's pictures His Star Adjuster seems to be at the bottom of the wheel hub?

Which would I guess be my Upper under the brake Bleeder line, stuck a screwdriver in and I can feel a Spring but thats just about it.

Ok I found the Star Adjuster.. BUt I did not expect it to have so tiny teeth.. in other words I pushed down on it and I can't turn it the other way around.

It's a pain to adjust....screwdriver is your best bet.

Well I stopped tonight too cold out and I can't back the pads back off because i went the other way, wheel will still turn however.

also it seems the drum is warped? It turns and it gets harder to turn then gets easy to turn.

Yeah....some of the rotors I've used are like that. I've asked about turning the drum, and the one place said they couldn't. So either they can't or they wouldn't.

I just backed off the parking brake so that it wouldn't rub.

When adjusting the parking brake, make sure to put a few lug nuts on and tighten them so the rotor stays true and you're not trying to fight a problem that's not there.
