How wide is to wide
I'm looking at some wheels and they are 225 R16 they don't have the sidewall on there.
you need offset, rim size tire height ect.
225's are not fitting your stock wheels though, either are 16's.
more details please

93SS 04 wrx brakes/slotted w/ hawks--TD05 -- 06 I/C -- 20mm n/a fsb -- Stage 2 -- 550's -- Perrin DIV DP -- 2-3/4 Tit Exhaust -- K&N -- C/C -- A/C Delete -- Grounded -- GT Leather Interior -- WRX/STI Strut Setup -- 17" 225's -- 2 Kids Seats ;)
The 225's will fit on a 16 inch rim so long as the depth of the rim is at least 7 inches. You MIGHT be able to fit them on a 16x6.5 inch rim, but I'm not positive. Also, the offset will need to be somewhere around +48 to +54 (+/- 1 is fine) and the sidewall will need to be 45 or less.
