The injectors on an EJ22T as found on 91-94 Legacy Turbos sold in North America are 380 cc/min. They are considered maxed out at 85% duty cycle.

What fuel pressure is that at? If you bump the fuel pressure you should be able to change the DC considerably. You can change the fuel pressure with a bigger <or rewired> fuel pump or an Adjustable fuel pressure regulator, IE; SX or Paxton. If you have an AFC, its a pretty good idea if you are running more then stock boost or have swapped turbos.
