Couple of engine issues, trying to solve

Post by 94LegWagon »

Hi, my 94 legacy N/A recently feels like it is misfiring on the freeway when/if I turn the AC on, under light throttle, going maybe 75mph. The second thing is that sometime slowing down for a stoplight or stop sign I put it into neutral and the revs hang at ~2000 rpm, and stays there hanging until I engage the clutch again, mostly happens before the engine is fully warmed up. Any ideas on what could be causing these issues? TIA

Have you checked the normal stuff, plugs, wires, etc?

The idle issues may be something with the IAC valve or may be a result of something else.

If you can provide any additional details on any recent work that will help in providing you direction.
