dumb question
i got the subie running fairly well. well at a idle anyways. when i put it in drive and give it gas it stalls. my neighbor said to unplug the maf sensor and see if it helped. well i tried it and it died as soon as i unplugged it. should it stay running or stall out?

Re: dumb question
nope the one screw thats holding it in is stripped. and didnt know you could adjust it. the autozone and napa want over 300 for the tps
Re: dumb question
Disconnect the connector from the MAF sensor before you start the car and see if it will run.
You can likely get a used TPS and/or another throttle body with TPS for relatively cheap in the parts shed.
