Re: New ICE

Very nice... I was considering something like this last year, but I had a feeling it wouldn't have lasted very long in this area. Too conspicuous.

Is there any way to run 5-channel audio for movies, or does it have a simulated surround mode, something like that?

You might want to rethink that whole "rarity" thing...;) Doesn't fly here... Everyone in here has at least one, and most folks have parted out a few to boot.

They have a nice selection of radiators, good quality. Got one for my VW turbodiesel project, and I may get another for the SS-RA if I stay with it.

Beware JDM 92-94 headlights on EBAY

A set of headlights on EBay is being represented as JDM, however they are plastic lenses per the seller. He claims the JDM is justified by the stamping "Koito Japan" on the housing. :roll:

Seller ID "pulaskiauto"

Leaking, big time. Floods out if it sits more than 10-15 minutes. They are the originals from the RS-RA. I've been unplugging the fuel pump to stop the engine when I'm done driving.

Ha, yeah I wish I could bolt a snow plow blade to it...

Still haven't replaced the injectors, I just can't get motivated to work out in the cold... got a rebuilt set from Ericem.

Technically it's still for sale, if anyone wants to come over and look, you're certainly welcome.

Any year, as long as it's for the 5-speed. 6MT will not fit. See the link in my first reply for the parts you need to make it work.

For $500?? My checklist would be;

Does it move under it's own power?

Does he have a title?

You've got it pretty much covered in your list. You know the usual rust spots, poke around.

Use it regularly, and love it. Duplicolor was the last brand I used, I did my dashboard and a bunch of replacement interior tirm bits. Flat black works great, comes out looking like satin... stay away from gloss. I even did a whole set of cloth seats in our old Cabriolet, re-dyed them red because of...

Get a stock WRX or STI 5-spd shifter, it's a HUGE improvement.
