Added another Alfa and it will be transported to Vancouver in a few weeks.

1963 Sprint, that is the coupe version of my Spider, and is almost through a restoration. Body has been done and painted white, but the engine bay is not. Has everything except a rear quarter window.

In January, I bought an 05 Legacy 2.5 Gt Wagon.

The 5eat is versatile with the normal drive programmed for economy.

In "Sport" each gear shifts at around 6000.

In "Manumatic" or whatever it's called the controller--either with the shifter or the buttons on the steering wheel is a good feature ...

The head service guy pointed out that the fins had been flattened in the shape that conformed to the rubber gasket that guides the air flow through the cooler.

Where did my post go? I was trying to say why buy a turbo when you can buy the ebay TURBO SIMULATOR! It goes in your tailpipe and makes powerful turbo sounds. The harder you step on the gas the better your car sounds! I spent $400 on a 16G for nothing...

When I bought the car in January I looked under the hood and only noticed that the battery hold-down bar was showing some corrosion.

Nice ride--White Looks Good

New Legacys are very civilized, but the steering seems too light, without enough feel. An Australian electronic outfit has a device that varies the duty-cycle on the steering pump, such that the load can be increased at speed.

Otherwise, very nice handling.

Tranny 05 GT Wagon

The AccessPort moves the waste gate opening from around 11.5 to 15 and manages the ignition curve such that I can run with 91 octane. :-) :-)

Drove the 40 miles to visit the guys at Rocket Rally yesterday.

They are busy on team cars as well as customer cars. One of the latter with what seemed to be a very strong engine was being broken-in on the dyno. Even with the dyno's silencing stack to the outside it was loud :-D
