quick spool = bad and loud = good??? Why don't you keep the stock downpipe and cat, then just cut off your muffler? Then your car would be nice and slow and loud :P lol  i'm used to some lag that pulls to redline quite well, not snap your neck boost response and fall on its face up top. and I'...

I think rallysam commissioned Andrewtech Automotive to make some adapters to fit a WRX exhaust to a Sport Sedan. Try dropping Andrew a line: http://www.gearboxtech.com/html/contact.htm thanks for the link but I'll just lengthen it myself. and change the hangers. no biggie. the vj11 is now a very an...

helix high flow cat downpipe.
got a helix high flow cat downpipe for free from work today. also came with a 2.5" catless cat back. may sell it if I don't like it. but a wrx turboback is a little short on a legacy.need to extend it a few inches to work. is that the norm?

gt350: I am a friend of Reeves as well, and have ridden in his monster :-) Are you running those times in a TurboCoupe?? If so thats pretty damn impressive, as those cars are pretty hefty Those 2.3's are too crazy...you take like a $200 fox body car and a $300 junkyard motor and you are running 13'...

spring opinions?
I have access to some wrx springs(free) and according to the chart the fronts have a little higer rate but the rears have less spring rate. would putting in the softer rears hurt the handeling? should I just leave the stock rears in? just looking for a little free handeling mods if it's worth it.[/b]

no I'm still a little new here but are there management options and injectors out there to support a turbo that large? a hx35w is a large turbo wich flows 55lb/min. the hy30w flows in the neighborhood of 35-40lb min. don't have that one memorized. also the hx35w has a 12cm housing which would be no ...

the inducer is if you were looking at the wheel from straight on(ie looking at the nut that holds it on as your centerline) measure from one side of the wheel to the other measuring the diameter of the wheel. the over all size of the wheel is your exducer diameter. the diameter of the top fins is yo...

the spool on the 18g could vary depending on several varaibles. it flows roughly 41lbs per min. a small 16g flows roughly 36lbs per min. t3 60 is 34lb/min. so a garrett t04e 46 trim would be about the same as an 18g(41lb/min) and to give you an idea 1lb/min is usally good for 9-11hp on a efi interco...

the t3 60 trim flows 34lb's/min of air which is about 490cfm a 16g flows 510cfm. the compressor wheels are almost identical in both size and design, but the comp housing is more efficient on the 16g. the td05h turbine wheel is larger than the t3 turbine wheel. if your turbo has a .63 a/r housing I t...
