I just take the small hose off the passenger side of the radiator and fill it till fluid comes out the small hose. Hook it up and good to go. Never have had any problem. The air goes out the small hose while you are filling the system and you don't have to mess with doing anything else.

+1 on a combo problem... One thing I like to do is to put my coolant pressure tester on the car and then, without pressure, warm it up. If it breaks 15 PSI or so before the T-stat opens, it's toast.

I just broke one of those the other day... you have to pull the intake manifold to really get at it as it goes along the entire length of the manifold. Connects the left and right valve covers and the block in the center IIRC... get that 180 degree hose too... Ohh and check the coolant tube for ...

Sorry! I'm back... I do have the OEM "sub" It's not really much of a sub though... more like a 6 x 9 speaker... I also have the tweeters about somewhere... I was going to add them to my collective... but I'm hella lazy...

Aerotech bought the stereo and is getting the amp, pigtails and the cable from the stereo to the amp.

Are you sure the rear diff is 4.44? I saw a 2001 H6 that had a 4.11 rear end, but that could have been part of the changes for 2003.

Not trying to start trouble, I'm just wondering.

It is very nice... I don't have the full wiring for it, but I do have the pigtails. to both it and the amp... I did get the entire coaxial cable tho.

Whats wrong with unheated O2s?
Its the wave of the 80s.... ;/ On my XT6 I have a AF meter and you can tell when the O2 finally heats up... the big idea behind the heated O2 is faster responce times on the O2 for lower emissions, nothing more really, it just makes the fuel mix better when the engine ...
