Re: 04-06 STi Yellows 550cc or 535cc??

i got some 800cc modified sti injectors from witchhunter. my tuner is concerned that though they did flow test at 2500 rpm, that they may run into issues running it at idle. witchhunter? or DeatschWerks? what are the differences in their modification? both are modified sti injectors. thanks in advan...

Re: anyone running a 2.6 hydra on stock ej22t motor?

hey dan, phil provided a harness to go with the ecu. so it was originally fully plug and play. a year+ later....between lag from the tuner and other issues, car still doesn't run. not sure if the triggers were wired correctly as well as the reversed tps signal. i'll have to ask Phil on that. he's go...

Re: where to buy group n 91 legacy ss rear strut tops???

the 91 legacies had the strut top and spring perch in one piece, so they are different. i believe 92-94 legacies uses same rear strut mounts as those 93-01 imprezas.

where to buy group n 91 legacy ss rear strut tops???

i've checked a few places online and the 91 legacy ss rear strut tops are no longer made in Japan.

z1auto and japanparts no longer can get these.

anyone can lead me to a place to get these? or should i just go back with the regular rear strut tops from subaru?

thanks in advance.

91 saggy butt shims and one unit spring perch and strut top

hello all,

i am looking into getting those saggy butt shims for the rear of my 91 ss. it has the one unit strut top and perch.

i plan on ordering some extender nuts so that i can install my rear strut bar. does the rear strut top/perch allow for it?

thanks in advance.

The Hydra is solid hardware. The software is poor, however. Tuning takes a long time due to their datalogging setup. Also, keep in mind that any map Phil puts together is simply to get the car running. It will still need a complete tune regardless. got it. so regardless of the autotune feature, it'...

i have been in contact with element tuning and looks like he has a plug and play version for 91 to 94 legacy turbo.

anyone got it and what's your thoughts on their autotune feature?

from what i was told, there will be a preloaded map with my list of mods installed.

thanks in advance.

it is looking like the hydra.

i am not going to be tuning or messing with the car and will have someone tune it.

now, if i can only confirm this with the tuning shop that he's good with the hydra.....i should call him up before i place that order.
