I think I fried my turn signals

So I decide to finally replace my burnt out backlights for the instrument panel. The first step of this process is taking out the large trim panel in the dash. I pry out and unplug the switches and controls for the defrost and rear view mirror control, but ended up going for a drive without remember...

Anyone have advice on how to secure a sub in the back of a sedan? I can't seem to drive like I used to without ripping out the ground wire. There doesn't seem to be any good places for bungie cords and I'm out of ideas beyond that.

O2 sensor change - what colors mean what?

Hey fellow suby fans :) I'm in the middle of installing a bosch OEM O2 sensor and I'm having a bit of trouble. The wiring conversion chart doesn't seem to have accurate information on how I should splice the wires back together. My original sensor, which I'm pretty sure is stock, is a bosch and it h...

1986 GL-10 5sp... should I go for it?

Alright, so I have a chance to get an 86 GL10 turbo 5sp with all the extras for only $1000! How are these bad boys as far as reliability? I've got two years of school left before the steady paycheck, so I really need to know if theres anything to look out for. From what he says it really checks out ...

gear oil for 5MT?

I hate to clog up the forum with stupid newby questions like this, but I'm not as good with cars as I am with computers :) A tranny oil change is in order and I'm wondering if I can use some 80w90 GL5 gear oil I have sitting around. I was told by a friend that it should work, but I'm a little worrie...

AWD Fuse

I heard if you remove the fuse for AWD, you basically get a front wheel drive car. I was thinking about trying this out, I'm kinda tired of always having perfect traction  , anyone know if this will work or if it will harm anything?

Choppy Acceleration troubleshooting...

So my Legacy had some problems earlier when some dirt and crap accumulated in the bottom of my fuel tank, God knows how, and blocked one of the holes. It took forever to find the problem, and I was driving with my fuel above twice the pressure it should have been. Gas was literally spraying out of t...
