watching this thread with interest as i just found a crapload of rust in the rear drivers side (aussie spec) quarter panel from a dodgy repair

the repairs are supposed to be warrented for the lifetime of the vehicle so i'm going to try and find out who did them

otherwise, looks like i'm gonna be ...

i can't think of any connections that would be broken but i'll have to keep looking...

also the buzzer in the drivers door for the manual keyless entry doesn't work under any conditions..

got a weird problem...

97 legacy gtb... with infrared keyless built into the key

central locking works as it should, but the keyless system will not work - auto electrician with years of experience could not work it out

1. i pull the keyless fuse and re-install it, i can use the remote twice only ...

hey guys having a similar problem on my 96 legacy.....

i've pulled the keyless box out of the dash but haven't found any button to press on the loom ???

occasionally if i point the key fob really close to the infrared sensor the locks will snap locked and then snap unlock again.... but then won't ...
