except Big Valley but he's running sub 10 second passes.

with 400whp you may just need stronger than Stock STi axles.

you'll need a bigger turbo to reach 400whp

I think the recirc elbow gets in the way of the cruise cable, if not the throttle cable itself. It tends to bleed off a bit of air at idle, too, so if you pull the recirc elbow off you'll have problems at idle (in addition to the typical WOT problems of venting metered air to the atmosphere with an...
