Axle pins

K installed new diff and and tryed putting the pins in the wrong way..... so now the pins are half way in there and stuck, and I tryed everything to pull it out. any ideas?

AXLE NUT SIZE 32mm??

Taking out drive shafts for tranny swap. and I dont have a socket big enough for the axle nut. I plan on doing this today and well I need to know what size socket to buy, don't have the money to buy a full large size set atm. so just need the size? 92 Leg L sedan (not that I dont think that matters)...

thanks for the write up, just got home from where my car is and dropped the diff, really didn't have any problems with the 1/4 inch punch. came out kinda easy, didn't unblot that cross over bar thing that holds the 4 bolts infront of the diff. but ya, everything went smooth for the most part. :D

When I go to the winter rallys around here, I have seen wrx, and legacy's use 4 spare tires that they made the studs for. And they seem to work really well surprisingly

ya thanks, lol but I got it like 1 min after posting this lol. first time working on subi so I kinda am trying to do everything perfect. ill post a pic of how I painted it. looks nice, and its going to help protect from salt in this stupid Wisconsin winter:)

Help plz on rear diff breather?

how do I remove the white plastic breather on top of the diff with out breaking or cracking it? I want to take the back diff plate off to do a check on things and im going to put a coat of paint on it, but I need to remove that breather to get at the last bolt

no, tranny is grinding and park doesn't work. Also putting in a 4:11 instead of that 3.9 that is in there. umm well me and my friends looked all around and couldn't find the red dip stick. I think its missing :( o well. it will be replaced. how many quarts do you need?
