Maybe you already know it but you have to check your oil when engine is warm but not too much and you have to wait 5 minutes after the engine is shut down to let the oil come down in the pan.

Lots of people have trouble to check their oil level.

I've just emailed them to ask about the upgrade fees and here's the answer: Thanks for contacting Revtronix! The TD04 version of the Stage 2 chip is not ready yet. The current estimate is that it will be ready in January. Upgrades will cost the difference of the product (Stage 1 to Stage 2 is $20), ...

Viva el water trick!

To make a long story short, yesterday was my first leg turbo real test. Snow has begin to fall over here and I know a few gravel roads that are accessible in the winter time. Rally time!!! But after an hour of heavy beating (4000-6000 rpm), we decided to go elsewhere. While waiting at a st...

We know about the stage 2 dyno experience but did you dyno test the stage 1 chip?

I had 205 last summer and they were fitting good. I think they were 205/65/15. But since yours are higher and dirt tires, I'm not so sure they would'nt touch the struts. :?

It took me roughly 5-6 hours to fit the intercooler, cut clutch fluid reservoir, cut the y pipe, relocate the igniter and the coolant tank (90 degree rotation) and reroute the bpv piping. The 06-07 WRX and FXT intercooler are the same thing except for bpv flange. They're probably the best fit availa...

Welcome!

Glad tosee another canadian joining the board.

If you want change you injectors and maf, the TD04 from the WRX is one of the best upgrade you can do. But you'll have to intercool your car first.

Do some search and you'll find plenty of topics on these 2 subjects.

Have fun

Cause I've got a 06 wrx tmic and the same bov adapter shown and it fits great.

The turbo timers I've seen working were usually running for a minute- a minute and a half before shutting down the engine. It really depends on how hard you ran the car. Usually, when I'm coming back from a hard ride, I just go smoother on the car while getting in my neighbourhood so the engine has ...

how to: install a single diaphragm brake booster

I've used this link: http://www.northursalia.com/modifications/brakes/booster/booster.html I took mine from impreza 95, it cost me 20$ at the junkyard. The hardest part is to remove our stock brake booster which is, obviously, twice larger than the single one. To bleed the master cylinder, I did lik...

single stage brake booster on our turbo leg

Hey guys! I went to the junkyard yesterday to get a master cylinder (1 1/16 abs), while being there I also bought a single stage brake booster from impreza 93-97. Before I swap the brake booster, I'd just like to get a little feedback from those who did that switch. I just feel that a brake booster ...
