My car wont warm up very well. unless it sits then the needle will stop halfway, but when i start driving it stops at like a quarter at the most. i gave it a radiator flush and since then its been cold, although i didn't get to drive it much before that anyway. I was told not to go over 3 rpms for the first 100 miles and then give it an oil change at the first 100 mile mark, mainly to clean out all your old gunk from the rebuild, and just get to see what is looks like, and then another oil change at 500. then your good to go for normal oil changes.

Mine must have been rigged wrong because it goes into the back of the fill container but i cant get it to stay in there since it came out. can i route it anywhere else or got any ideas how i can seal it up good.

Transmission and front diff

I was told to remember to fill the front diff when installing 5 speed my tranny but couldn't find where, i was wondering if filling the transmission would just overflow into the front diff, or is there two compartments?

yea i bought it used and it could be just froze up, so would i just fill it with the right amount of fluid and start it up to loosen the gears up maybe.

i just put in my tranny and hooked up my shifter assembly and all, i tried to put it in gear and it wouldn't go in gear it just felt like it was hitting rubber or something. i looked underneath and the rod going into the tranny don't move at all whats going on?

Thats the number off the side of the tranny on my car now, and the one im looking at is below and these are the gear ratios for it . 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th JDM Impreza WRX & WRX Sti TY752VB4AA 3.45 2.06 1.44 1.08 0.82 Reverse Final drive 3.41 4.11 wondering if they will work with mine

tranny mainshaft$$$

The parts that are bad are the reverse gear and the mainshaft, together costing $900 according to Aamco does that sound right?
