not sure but i think the turbo models used a pull set up where the bearing clipped in the clutch and the n/a used a push style where the bearing just idled behind the clutch, for the trow out of the bearing to release the clutch.

well u can put up to 27" tires on it, that's the biggest u can go before u have to mod the rear trailing arms. but u don't wan to do that messes up the geometry. with just putting the outback kit on it u cant go to big on tire size,. but it does bring it up 1" or 1"1/4. nothing substa...

hey my experience with this is im running a ej22t and the stock n/a tranny so i called a local clutch shop and had a stage2/3 clutch made for me. it only ran me $240 out the door. the stock clutch would spin if i gave it more than quarter to half throttle and i have had no problems with the new one....

well if u think about your rotating assembly, it could be possible that it is a main bearing and not a rod end bearing. i had a knock and i swear no one could hear it but me, well i split my block and all my bearings were going bad and i had a lot of bearing material in my pan. hey i have a 4inch suspension and 2inch body lift than made all out of 6061 aluminum. i made it for my 97 outback but rolled it before i finished building it, all u would need is new longer bolts.

Today I skipped work just to wail for ups with my wiseco pistons, and took the crank for a polish and the flywheel for a surface at cleggs machine shop. its coming together slowly but surly.

but you have to remove one wire for the auto ecu so it doesnt think it is running an auto and just the manual

good luck on the better deal. i pulled one for no reason and its not fun at all. But what kind or car is it cause the n/a harness is the same to the same pin outs, with the exception of the year of the plugs and then the engine harness can be changed.

thanks josh for getting back to me so quick. yes its the first time being rebuilt. and i kind of did plan on getting new head bolts depending on the cost. and im using the cometic mls head gaskets.

So I have sent my block out for the wiseco pistons, and the crank to be polished. but im on a strict budget and dont have the money for some of arp's rod bolts at 102 bucks. So can i jus use my stock rod bolts and still run 15psi on them? Also what about the crank case bolts and head bolts. What is ...
