VC23? I could have sworn the T-bird turbo was a VJ17... damn IHI and their secrecy. If that's the correct designation I have to change my sig.

It was actually supposed to be VC32. I went back and changed it when I realized. VC32M on the MTX and VC32A on the ATX.

Here is a pdf from a company I've dealt with on more than one occasion:

Thanks - corrected. That's a nice list, by the way. Could come in handy during junkyard searches.

No idea if mine came from an auto or manual t-bird; any difference in the turbo itself or just the part number?

Part # only.

Here is the VC32 (T Bird) map. I converted m3/min to CFM:

Email me what you want. I don't have time to check the board regularly any more.

I can try and look at it tonight, but no promises.

The Exducer is the same, however the Inducer is larger. I measured it twice to make sure I did it right.

My numbers

Ex: 52.55mm
In: 37.48mm
Is there anyw ay that you could measure different fins and pull a 38mm or even a 39mm? It would explain another thread in a different forum in which a friend of mine used a Legacy housing and a T Bird wheel.
I measured the other fins, and they're all in the 37.5mm window.

so you are saying that both sets of fins ( the uppers and lowers) are 37.5mm.

so no variance between the fins at the top, or the fins just below them.

now looking at the turbo info i posted from turbomaster, the VF10 compressor wheel seems to be bigger. do you have a VF10, or know someone who does?

I did not measure the lower fins. I thought you just wanted me to check other fins.

I'll see what I can dig up.

BTW....here's a pic of the nice compressor wheel I'm measuring :)
