whats the squeel mean again

i had a mechanic friend(means nothing) of mine put new pads on all round a few weeks back and for the most part ive had this problem. pretty much when ever i stop i get the high pitched noise that usually comes with worn out pads(but these are new) ive noticed though that it will only do it below 30...

im in new zealand actually and yes the car did have a motor swap but it should just been swapped for another 91 ej20 engine.

i really want to get to the bottom of this one.

can someone tell me why they changed to this system in the later models like the wrx mentioned above ???

thats a good point id assume that with the coil set up like mine there is less wasted current because the distanse between coil and plug is so small.

well not really, butting sounds so half baked i think ill cut the shape of my mesh and then run a black rubber seal strip around the mesh to give it some shape and keep it flush with the head lights. mainkly im just looking for ward to having nice driving lights for off roading o==o o=o

ok well i already have a hood and i need new fenders, so if i get the headlights and corner lights (making custom grill) then it will just all bolt on ???

i figure it will as the only differance i can see is the cut of the the corner lights and the lip of the hood.

i assumed that your 2.5 system would bolt to the rear of your cat ??

there you have it im looking around for coil overs and there seems to be so little for the 90--93 legacy wagons :cry:

so what i want to know is how do coil overs fit into the strut assembley of a legacy and could i use say a set designed for a 02 wrx or impreza in my car ???

att: i have changed a few of these points to fit my new findings. therefore some of the replies will no longer make sense. but they did help. ok so i have this idea to use the turbo hood i added to my n/a wagon for more than just looks. i'v been reading up about ram and more standard cold air intake...
