Looks like a Loyale grill to me.

They are stock Impreza side skirts, but you might want to look for a set of used ones.I don't remember exactly how much the dealer wanted for them. But the were pretty spendy.

I just installed a Drawtite hitch on my wagon. Installation was very easy. It is not totally hidden but not real obvious either.I can take some pictures tomorrow if you would like to see it.
