Re: WTB - Half-DIN pocket
I'd take a 1.5 DIN as well. I have however seen the half DIN ones for sale on this forum before, they seem to be elusive tho.Alphius wrote:As far as I know, Subaru only ever had 1 DIN and 1.5 DIN pockets, never a half din. You'll probably have to fab something up.

Re: Quick question about the 06 WRX TMIC and boost on the st
Not being picky...just want to clarify: ^VF38 = VF39 (Stock STi turbo from 04-06)? The STi VF43 ('07) and VF48 ('08-'10) are almost identical to the VF39, too. From HERE . TD While I appreciate the clarification. I wasn't asking abotu the TD05 or vf38 or 39 I was asking about the TD04.... So this r...

Re: Quick question about the 06 WRX TMIC and boost on the st
Yeah I think the MBC is basically just bypassing and letting the WG do its job. I'm gonna turn it up eventually. I saw a TD04 from a WRX in the classifieds, would that be an easier turbo to work with? I know its not really any bigger, which is fine, I'd just like to get this thing intercooled and I'...

Quick question about the 06 WRX TMIC and boost on the stock
So my car for some reason is down to 6psi on a boost controller, not sure why the previous owner put it there, but it is. He also gave me a 06 TMIC from a WRX. Now I understand this is installed with a custom/fabbed y-pipe and not much else, right? Also after that's on I want to turn up the boost to...

Re: Fast blink on Left Turn signal only
Guys.... to re-iterate. BOTH BULBS (front and rear) WERE REPLACED WITH CORRECT (used the book at the auto parts store) BRAND NEW BULBS. My buddy suggested the actual switch itself on the column stalk, otherwise I would take the suggestion of corroded wiring, even tho I checked the wiring (I assume i...

Fast blink on Left Turn signal only
I just bought the car ... its a 1993 Subaru Legacy Sport Sedan (turbo) The left blinker fast blinks, neither front nor rear bulb is out, no fuses are blown, the hazards work at normal speed and the right blinker does too. All other lights are fine, and all the connectors/wiring to them look ok (from...
