Are there any other axles that will work for the rear?

I recently converted my 1994 legacy to rwd and I know that I will be breaking axles. My plan was to go to autozone and get axles with lifetime warranty and just keep replacing them. That plan doesn't work well when they don't stock rear axles and the manufacture doesn't even make them anymore. Are t...

Re: EJ22e sudden loss of boost at 5500rpm

I figured it out guys! My timing jumped a tooth. The ghetto intake lives on and was NOT the problem! And yes, you should use the turbo water pump unless you want to stack 4 exhaust gasket to clean the NA water pump like I did before. EDIT: I'm not sure about the ej22t headers, but I'm using stock wr...

Re: Kookookachew's Legacy L build

Let me know how the pp6 goes. I'm at 6psi right now on mine and I'm getting antsy for more. I want to get a fuel pressure regulator and SR20 370CC injectors and crank it up a little. I'm unsure about timing though. Hell, if it makes it easier, add me as a friend on facebook. My name is "Riley D...

Re: EJ22e sudden loss of boost at 5500rpm

If you motor is getting a source of air after the MAF sensor it will cause massive power issues along with the engine dying. it almost sounds like you hitting boost cut... do you have a defender against it cutting out from higher boost levels? I'm running wastegate pressure with no tune or boost co...

That's what I was thinking, it it's just weird that it just randomly started happening as soon I messed with other things, but didn't touch the intake.

EJ22e sudden loss of boost at 5500rpm

I have just an ej22e with a td04 running wastegate pressure of 6psi and no tune. It has run flawlessly for the past 5 months or so. The other day I decided to put a turbo water pump on it so the headers would clear the water pump without the use of stacked gaskets. I took off the fmic, some piping, ...

Start nut size

I can not for my life figure out the size of this starter nut. I have went to the hardware store and bought every bolt that looks about the right size, but none of them fit. M8 is too small M12 is too big. M10 fits on there just right but I can't figure out the correct pitch. I tried m10x1.00 and it...

Re: Riley's "Daily" That Ended Up Turning Into A Project *LO

I've always been the one who likes to have different things than others, I can't stand to be basic. When ever I pull up somewhere I get people staring and asking what I have done to it because well, it looks like a grandma's car. Exactly what I like.

Riley's "Daily" That Ended Up Turning Into A Project *LONG*

First things first, I would like to say that I'm doing all of this at the young age of 18, when I first got this car on July 17th of 2013 I was 17 and was 11 days shy of being 18. Everything is being paid for myself as I work almost full time now that I'm done with high school. I may not know everyt...

Ej22et Rough Idle, running rich, and won't boost over 3 psi

It also breaks up when I step on the gas. I don't know what could be causing this, it's not an intake leak, not any vacuum lines. But when I disconnect the iac hose from the intake it changed from the rough idle at around 400 rpm and barely being able to stay on to the normal idle of how it was befo...

Which transmissions can I swap into my legacy?

I have a 1994 legacy L that I just did a ej22et and I'm not sure how much longer the tranmission will hold up with all the beating I will be doing on it. What 5 speeds will be a direct swap to the 5 speed I already have in? I know at some points they have changed the 5 speeds. I just want to know if...
