You have to look for some compensation. Beffy tread pattern will probably result in high tyre noise+lower gas mileage. Not to mention the driveability in dry conditions.

Here is how a good winter tyre should look like.

Winter tyres make all the difference. Here in Slovenia they are mandatory. The problem of all season or summer tyres in cold weather is that they get too hard. Winter tyres have softer compound, but they get excessive wear when the temperature rises above 8 degrees centigrade. I would recomend you b...

Than your best choice is to get the d/r tranny from the ej18 motor. Im not sure but i think they were sold only in europe. When you engage the tranny in hi mode the gears are really short. Here people are offroading with ej18 motor that has only 105ps, but in hi mode that doesent matter.

Yes i used the white litium one. But it will probably work with any grease as long it stays on the actuators. :D

Hello. You are mentioning a problem with the window motor. I did this on mine and it helped: i removed the door trim and greased all the actuators that move the window. Its a huge difference, no more squeaks when the window opens or closes. Also the time for opening-closing is much faster.

Ok, so i have taken the pictures from the HVAC control from 2.2 legacy Gx. It did not have the climate control button but as far as i know, there is not much work to put it in. I hope it helps you in any way. Sorry for the bad pics, i only had the cellphone with me. :smt102 http://www.mobisux...

I think i know a better way to do this. There is a guy near me that has tons of used parts for legacy-s. I will go to him and take a picture of the removed HVAC controls. I do think that 2.2 gx legacys had different HVAC controls so i will take a picture of both controls. I will try to do this as so...

Belive me i know. I live in Europe, where almost every new car sold here is diesel (except subaru) :P. And the problems occour only when people use cleaned waste oil. I don´t know how are things with biodiesel because its not sold here yet. Bottom line, i don`t care because i hate stinking diesels! ...

I like LPG for an altenative fuel, especially in a performance application. super clean burn, 105-110 octane, most propane mixers are designed to handle boost and are super easy to tune. its energy density is not that of gasoline but the very high octane negates that when you build a motor specific...

There is one safety feature that all EDM cars have and most European cars in USA have that all Detroit vehicles and Japanese USA cars don't have that I think should be...rear fog lights. That way, in bad weather, drivers behind you can see you instead of hitting you in 30 car pileups that seem to h...

I can't understand why Subaru won't install them on USA...

Send me a dual-range tranny from a Forester! I'm not kidding. That'd be hittin. Did they have a dual range manual transmission mated to an EJ25 or EJ22 over there (with a 4.44:1 final drive, and a push type clutch?) Vikash knows better than I why headlight squirters are necessary. Fulton - American...
