^^^ Jamal's comments were directed to answer the question of the original post. If you're going to make a comment, keep it on topic and not just chastise the method an answer was given. Oops. I'm sorry. I was actually agreeing with Jamal wholeheartedly. I understand his frustration in saying the sa...

Yep. 2 large 10mm thick, 2 small 10mm thick, and 2 large thin ones.

MAPerformance can get them.

for some reason I feel like I've talked about how important the alignment is and how much 02+ stuff fucks it over multiple times. Hilarious. Next you're going to tell me that a BOV and a CAI without a tune on my 07 STi are going to cause problems. At least you are kind enough to spell it out in cle...

Wheels say, "Playskool" on them. I can poke fun at myself.

I think the Tribeca bar is rattling slightly against my tie rods but I'm not sure. My car has a LOT of rattles now.

I finished this project last Friday and have been enjoying my car all weekend. Everything is so much stiffer and the two things that remain to be done are reduce chassis flex and possibly change out spring rates. This is where I need some advice. 1. Chassis Flex: I've got bids in on front and rear s...

Greg, Yeah you did get the hub bushing. At least you circled it on your diagram. I can't see the number, but bolt 31 goes into it. It's the rear trailing link bushing. If you go look at the car, you'll see what I'm talking about. As for the subframe locks, I was not aware that there were different ...

I've got a hand press and a line on some folks to press in the metal-collared bushings. I have those for the FCAs, too. Josh, Thanks for the input. I didn't get the hub bushing (God Lord that looks awful) and I'll consider picking up those whiteline bushings for the filler and I already intended to ...

Replacing all the rear bushings in a 94 Legacy SS

So begins my project. A few months ago I bought all new Group N bushings from Rallispec. Then it got cold. Since it's warming up I'm getting ready to take the entire rear end apart and put in the new bushings. Here is the list of bushings you'll need. RST-2020R STi Hardened Bushing - Front Control A...

I have the Goodridge lines and they banjoed right up.

I ran 225/45/17 RE070's on a set of 17x7.5 Rota Sub Zero's. Looked awesome and drove REALLY well. Stuck like glue and turn-in was amazing. I really miss my old car :( How did you get past the rubbing issues. I'm assuming you had the +48 offset rims. Did that push the wheels away from the perches? D...

FWIW, I had some major rubbing issues with my BBS 04 STi takeoffs with 225 Winter tires. Especially in cornering while parking. However I'm running AGX struts with 8" coil-over sleeves. My rubbing was all on the strut perch, though. Not on the fenders. There was plenty of clearance on the fende...

Time to go brake shopping, then. I'm not looking to get bigger wheels for brakes and... it's a 14 year old car. No need to drop $$$ into the braking system. I'll still try the D470 just for posterity but most likely I'll try finding some RS/GT Calipers and brackets. Thanks. edit: I found some RS Bra...

D470 vs. D563 for a Legacy SS

I was over at Frozen Rotors (They are local to me) picking up a set for the wife's car and ordering some for me. I was looking at getting either some Hawk HP+ or Ferodo 2500's for my car but... the D563 plate has VERY few options. (Like none through Hawk, Ferodo, or Carbotech) We were going through ...

The GrimmSpeed Uppipe fits on our cars perfectly. I installed one earlier this fall. The EWG/UP is just a GrimmSpeed Uppipe with a Wastegate flange and a dumptube. From what I could tell when I was mucking around putting the UP in there should be enough room for the Dump Tube. After that you can eit...

I'm not sure of the age of my AGX's, but when they do go, I'm seriously considering Koni inserts.

Of course, I've been seriously considering them since 2002 when I bought my WRX, but seriously: I'm serious this time.
