Couldn't a bigger rear sway effectively do the same thing??

depends on the tire. With street tires, 450 ish lb-in front and back works pretty well with big swaybars. An R-comp requires more spring. So the coilovers I'm now looking at offer a 10k front and 8k rear(558lb front/447lb rear) Would this be a good setup, along with a bigger than stock rear bar?? I...

New Wheels v.bbsstisilver

Traded some other wheels plus some cash for these. I think they look damn good on the car. I however had to take them right back off till I can get some wheel spacers for the rear. Welp, pick em' up today. And I was right. They fit fine in the fenders, but rub the rear struts. Need some spacers

We've got a hitch on my wife's Toyota Matrix. Can't remember what class, but only has a rated tongue weight of 100lbs max. We pull a small golfkart trailer with the bike, toolbox, ezup, etc etc. Just load the trailer where you don't have to much or too little tongue weight. Still got 22mpg+ running ...

'04 Sti BBS wheels, Fitment??

Got a chance to pick up some silver '04 Sti bbs wheels. I've seen a couple pictures with them on our cars. Will I need to run spacers to clear the stock suspension??

I still have it, but I've decided to keep it due to lack of interest and that I've grown fond of the car. Fixing the issues within the next week or so and have some BBS Sti wheels lined up I hope.

Lol, you'd be surprised. Lots of civic track cars run higher than that. 600lbs is about the limit stock Koni Yellows can handle before you need to re valve them.

Spring Rates??

Looking at some GroundControl coilovers and debating on what spring rates to go with. On my turbo civic I ran 500lb fronts/600lbs rears. I don't mind a stiff ride, but whats a good setup for trackdays etc.
